<p>The method involves breaking chippings after entering into a strewing head (1) by a breaking device (14), and supplying portions of chippings in a vertical direction of a transverse orientation device (12) and longitudinal orientation device (13), respectively. An adjustment device outputs the chippings to the breaking device during entry into the head for adjusting proportion between transverse and longitudinally oriented chippings. A dividing device (3) is provided below the breaking device for dividing the falling chipping to the devices (12, 13). An independent claim is also included for a system for manufacturing a three-layer grit mat for manufacturing an oriented strand board (OSB) chip board.</p> |
