<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus, a method, and a system for facility guidance and a program capable of receiving discount service by using other facilities in the vicinity of target facilities, having an associated parking lot, and different from the target facilities even in the case that the target facilities selected by a user do not have an associated parking lot. <P>SOLUTION: In the facility guidance apparatus 1 provided with a storage part 110 in which facility information and associated parking lot information is stored, a part 103 for determining the presence or absence of associated parking lots determines whether target facilities have associated parking lots through the use of the facility information. In the case that the target facilities do not have an associated parking lot, a nearby associated parking lot search part 104 searches for associated parking lot information of associated parking lots associated with other facilities in the vicinity of the target facilities.
