The device (1) has a carrier body (2) screwed on a corresponding counter part for obtaining a preset power transmission. A drum (10) with a surrounding circular spring ring (20) is arranged within an opening of the carrier body. The carrier body is provided at a distance from the drum by the spring ring. The drum has an axially arranged locking slot, which is limited by a radially rotating collar (12). The carrier body has axially aligned distributed recesses (6) that are provided on an interior side of the carrier body. An independent claim is also included for an optical plug-in connector comprising a screwing device and two optical plug connectors.
