A method for eliminating frequency deviation comprises: a GPS satellite signal is received and time information is obtained; the frequency deviation estimation is performed on a voltage-controlled crystal oscillator of a mobile terminal according to the time information; a bias voltage of the voltage-controlled crystal oscillator of the mobile terminal is adjusted according to the frequency deviation of the voltage-controlled crystal oscillator; the working frequency of the voltage-controlled crystal oscillator is controlled by using the adjusted bias voltage. The mobile terminal is used for implementing the method.
