PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete block structure which enables external facing members to be easily installed on a wall body formed by stacking concrete blocks and by which the installation positions of the external facing members are not restricted. SOLUTION: This concrete block structure 100 comprises: the wall body 12 formed by stacking the concrete blocks 10; hangers 20 secured to the wall body 12 and having respective locking parts 26 projecting to the outside of the wall body 12; an insulator 60 installed on the outer surface of the wall body 12 through the hangers 20; and hanging bodies 40 which hang the external facing members 50 covering the insulator 60 from the outside and which is locked to the locking parts 26. The hangers 20 are so bent that the upper end portions of the fixing portions 24 thereof fixed to the wall body 12 are brought into contact with the upper end surface of the wall body 12.
