PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document managing device, a document managing program, a device for creating a document with a bookmark image, and a program for creating the document with the bookmark image that can divide by document kinds and generate image data file by document bundles while scanning a plurality of document bundles together in one process. SOLUTION: A document image is scanned, whether a bookmark image is included and the kind thereof are discriminated from the scanned document image, and each time whether a bookmark image is included and the kind thereof are determined, an image data file which is related in units of a plurality of document bundles is created, so that created image data files are related by document kinds in units of the plurality of document bundles and stored.
