An emergency call connection method for an international roaming subscriber transmitting the automatic call connection signal and a terminal are provided to transmit an origination message through emergency call number inputted from the terminal. A roaming controlling part(110) controls in order to do SID(System Identification) of a country code system. A selection signal receiving part(120) receives the signal selecting a specific menu item for the international rescue telephone. A system identifying number determining part(130) determines whether the identification number of the user terminal is an international roaming system identification number. A rescue generation message transfer part(150) automatically transmits the call connection signal or the rescue origination message with the specific rescue telephone number.
