An auxiliary heating apparatus for vehicle is provided to heat the indoor air of vehicle quickly by directly heating the air discharged to the vehicle inside at the start of the engine, and to improve heat exchange efficiency through the vortex forming unit and the filter unit formed on a heating element. An auxiliary heating apparatus for vehicle comprises a duct(10) which let the air in a vehicle interior through an air conditioner, a rail part equipped in the inner wall of the duct, and a heating element(20) which is fixed to the rail part. The heating element includes a heater, a frame supporting the heater, and a filter unit. The heater is equipped with a vortex forming unit.
