PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape cassette capable of preparing a print tape of lamination type having a narrow margin. SOLUTION: The tape cassette 70 comprises: a lamination film spool 75 around which a lamination film 74 having a lamination material including an adhesive layer and a protective layer, and a separator 29 is wound; and a separator winding spool 76, and is disposed loadably and unloadably onto a tape printing device provided with a thermal head 7 and a cutter unit 14. When the tape cassette 70 is loaded to the tape printing device, the tape cassette 70 adjoins a print tape cassette 101, the cutter unit 14 of the tape printing device is arranged between the tape cassette 70 and the print tape cassette 101, the lamination material is brought into contact with a print surface of a printed print film 17 and, thereby, the adhesive layer of the lamination material is transferred to the print surface of the print film 17, and the separator 29 is wound by the separator winding spool 76.
