<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical member which has no influence on light transmissivity, has excellent antistatic effect and can improve tactile impression and to provide its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: Carbon nanotube dispersing liquid is uniformly applied onto a lens base material surface and then is dried to obtain a plastic lens 1 which is the optical member having a carbon nanotube dispersion film 6 made by dispersing carbon nanotube in its surface, on the lens base material 5 surface. Moreover, after a formation of the carbon nanotube dispersion film, an oil repellent film is formed on it to laminate the oil repellent film 7 on the carbon nanotube dispersion film 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
