PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveyance device and a photographic processing device including the same capable of reliably preventing the occurrence of banding even when stiffness of a photosensitive material conveyed substantially vertically upward is high. SOLUTION: The conveyance device in which a conveying part 20a conveys photographic paper P substantially vertically upward includes: a chucker type conveyance unit 21 pinching an end part of the photographic paper P to convey the photographic paper P while reciprocating within a prescribed range in a conveyance path; and a loop regulation guide 23 abutting against a downstream side face to a loop part L formed at a part of the photographic paper P so as to protrude in a direction crossing the substantially vertical direction.
