PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a sunroof panel from rattling or causing abnormal noises by restraining movement of the sunroof panel in the longitudinal direction of a vehicle even when the sunroof panel tilts down further from the fully closed position. SOLUTION: This sunroof device provided on a roof 1 of a vehicle opens an opening 2 by tilting down the sunroof panel 11 from the fully closed position and shifting it rearward along guide rails 21 and tilts up by tilting the sunroof panel 11 upward from the fully closed position. In this device, a first angle range D1 including inclination angles d1, d2 and engaging front cam boss 41 with a front cam groove 43, a second angle range D2 including an inclination angle d3 and engaging a rear cam boss 42 with a rear cam groove 44 overlap each other.
