Washable colorant preparation comprises: a coloring agent from acid dye, polymer dye, reactive dye or solvent dye, and oligo- or polyester-compounds of formula (R 1>-(O-R 2>) a-[O-C(=O)-R 3>-C(=O)-(O-R 4>) b] c-O-C(=O)-R 5>-C(=O)-O-(R 6>-O) d-R 7>) (I). R 1>, R 7>1-18C-alkyl; R 2>, R 4>, R 6>1-8C-alkylene; R 3>, R 5>arylene or alkarylene; a, d : 1-500; b : 1-200; and c : 1-20. Where the sum of a, b and d is at least 5.
