<p>The device has a rubber gasket (15) with holes lying on a middle pushed into a cap (14) such that the holes lie above each other. The cap is mounted on a bushing (16), where bolts (17) are pushed into the bushing. The bolts hold the continuous holes in middle. The cap is pushed onto a floater (18). The device is partly installed between walls in a water closet (WC) toilet cistern so that a container holder (1) lies on the cistern. An oval cover tube (19) is pushed into ends of oval tube (11), and covers the floater.</p> |
