PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shielded wire capable of obtaining suitable shield performance and easily processing, which does not produce a wasteful material and takes the environment into consideration. SOLUTION: The shielded wire 1 is provided with a plurality of coated wires 2, a drain wire 3, and a conductive sheet 4. The coated wire 2 has a core wire 11 and a coated section 12. The drain wire 3 is formed by twisting one or a plurality of wires. The conductive sheet 4 is formed on an insulated layer 13, and is narrower than the width of the insulated layer 13, and has a conductive layer 14 laminated on the insulated layer 13 by exposing both ends 13a, 13b of the laminated layer 13 in the width direction of the insulated layer 13. The conductive sheet 4 is wound on the outer periphery of the plurality of coated wires 2 and the drain wire 3 while the conductive layer is located at an internal side and the insulated layer 13 is located at an external side, and both ends 13a, 13b of the insulated layer 13 in the width direction of the insulated layer 13 are welded by overlapping each other.
