A PWM control method increases/decreases a PWM signal duty ratio with a predetermined resolution so as to control the PWM signal duty ratio in case of PWM control. When the High period in the PWM signal duty ratio is shorter than the rise time of the PWM signal, the resolution of the PWM signal duty ratio is increased so that the High period is longer than the rise time. When the Low period in the PWM signal duty ratio is shorter than the fall time of the PWM signal, the resolution of the PWM signal duty ratio is increased so that the Low period is longer than the fall time.
