A UCC base advertising management service providing method and a system thereof capable of returning profit to an original UCC contents producer are provided to bind a client for sensing play/view operation in UCC with advertisement. A login operation of a UCC manufacturer computer is processed through a portal service homepage for a UCC base advertising direction(S301). The UCC base advertising management service require-message including manufactured UCC is received(S302). The generic number corresponding to UCC is generated. The generated generic number is combined in UCC(S303). The specific advertisement is inserted into UCC(S304). The UCC is in one or more portal service sites(S305,S306). The message which informs that it advertisement inserted into UCC from the client program. |
