A linear compressor is provided to reduce the fastening deformation of the frame and cylinder by forming the part of the frame, in which the cylinder is connected, thick in the axial direction. A linear compressor includes a frame(520) having a mounting hole in which one end of a cylinder(200) is mounted. The frame also has a deformation prevention part(525) and resistance reduction holes. The deformation prevention part is formed on a part of the mounting hole circumference which contacts with one end of the cylinder. The resistance reduction holes are formed around the mounting hole in order to reduce the resistance of airflow in the reciprocation of the piston. |
