A laundry processor is provided to secure the excellent bactericidal action as ultraviolet ray is irradiated with an ultraviolet irradiation part to a drum and tub. A laundry processor(100) comprises a drum(170) in which laundry is put; an ultraviolet irradiation part(190) irradiating the ultraviolet ray to the laundry; and a controller running the ultraviolet irradiation part, irradiating the ultraviolet ray to the laundry before the washing water is supplied to the drum in order to wash the laundry. The controller supplies the washing water to the drum inside after the operation of the ultraviolet irradiation part is stopped.
