A heat recovery type ventilator is provided to inhale or exhaust the indoor and outdoor air in a variable direction with the blower assembly including a plurality of through holes. A heat recovery type ventilator comprises a heat exchanger module(110) and a blower assembly(120). The heat exchanger module includes a heat exchanger case(111) equipped with a plurality of through holes(111a) in which the indoor and outdoor air pass, and a heat exchanger(112) fixed to a partition(113) in the center of the heat exchanger case. The blower assembly is detachably installed on both sides, and exhausts the indoor air to the outside and supplies the outdoor air to the indoor side.
