METHOD OF DATA TRANSMISSION USING HARQ

A data communications method using HARQ is provided to prevent the erasure of data or the overlapping receiving of HARQ data by adding CRC in the serial information and transmitting data communications method. A data communications method using the HARQ (Hybrid Automatic Repeat reQuest) is as follows. A transmitter transmits the first HARQ data including the first serial information(S200). The receive success or not of first HARQ data is inspected by a receiver(S210). In case the reception about first HARQ data is the pass, the receiver transmits the serial information #2(S220). The receiver transmits the second HARQ data which the serial information #2 indicates(S230). The transmitter deletes first HARQ data stored in the transmission buffer. The transmitter stores new HARQ data in the deleted transmission buffer.
