A fan and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the liquidity of the air in a hub section by forming an incline part on a part of the outer circumference of the hub. A fan comprises: a hub(10) in which an incline part(20) is formed in a part of the outer circumference; and a plurality of blades(50) formed in the hub. The incline part is formed between a leading edge(55) and a trailing edge(56) of the adjacent blades. A manufacturing method of the fan comprises: a step for supporting the incline part of the hub and the negative pressure surface(52) of the blade with a first mold; a step for pressurizing the outer circumference of the hub except the incline part and the positive pressure surface(51) of the blade; and a step for separating the first mold to a suction side and separating the second mold to a discharge side.
