The device (10) has a ring shaped flange (16) connected with a container (11) so that the flange surrounds an outlet socket (15). Another ring shaped flange (17) is connected with a support element (13) so that the latter flange surrounds an intersection opening (14). Coupling units e.g. cylindrical and concentric bands (18, 19), are provided for detachable coupling of the two flanges. The coupling units are provided with teeth (20, 21). The flange (17) is provided with lateral brackets for fastening to the support element.
