A method for cooking meat using ice is provided to remove oil partly and to softening the meat by dipping the meat in ice or ice water in a cooking process of the meat to supply dish of high quality for a consumer. A method for cooking meat using ice comprises the following steps of: cooking the meat(beef, pork, chicken, duck meat etc) with a direct firing method; cooling a surface of the meat by dipping the meat in the ice or ice water partly; boiling the meat again in direct firing; and repeating above processes with the direct firing method. |
