A server, a system and a method for providing a mobile internet browsing service supporting a multi-mode for increasing the convenience of a user are provided to search contents desired by a user by converting into a vertical scroll mode page. If the vertical scroll mode block site information is received, after the vertical scroll mode conversion engine converts the internet page into the vertical scroll mode page, the transformed information is transmitted with the mobile communications terminal. If the mode conversion request signal is received, an overall screen mode conversion engine(244) requests the vertical scroll mode block site information.
