A polyvinyl chloride composition for forming into coloured granules consists of 25% by weight of polyvinyl chloride, 11% of dioctyl phthalate, 1,5% of lead stearate, 62% of clay, and 0,5% of calcium carbonate. A similar composition for a transparent film consists of 79% of polyvinyl chloride, 20% of dioctyl phthalate, 0,8% of lead stearate, and 0,2% of calcium carbonate.
