<p>An information sheet is provided to maintain blindness of information authentically without performing a special processing and to use general paper as a sheet maintained between an adhesive sheet and a bonded body. An information sheet maintained between an adhesive sheet(11) and an adherent(W) is classified into a first and a second sheet part(16,17) by a first cut-out line prepared in a location deviated from a sheet central line. An adhesion part(20) is formed by folding the sheet on a location of a first dotted line on the first sheet part. A reverse surface of the adhesion part and a second sheet part are bonded on an adhesive layer of the adhesive sheet.</p> |
