A tuner is provided to improve the performance of reception by prevent the interference and the distortion caused by the harmonic frequency generated by the inside nonlinear element of the integrated circuit. An MOPLL integrated circuit(20) converts the high frequency signal into the intermediate frequency and outputs. The MOPLL integrated circuit comprises a mixer(21), an oscillator(22), and a phase-locked loop(23). The mixer mixes the tuned high frequency signal and the oscillation frequency and outputs the intermediate frequency. The oscillator generates the local oscillation frequency for the output of middle frequency of mixer. The oscillator comprises three oscillators(OSC1~OSC3) generating the high, middle, and base local oscillation frequency. The phase-locked loop comprises the charge pump(C/P). The charge pump comprises the cross modulation improvement part(231) for improving the cross modulation. |
