A method for removing external noise during measurement of partial discharge signal can measure accurately the partial discharge signal by effectively removing the external noise of the band which is similar to the partial discharge signal. The remote monitoring system forms the individual size group of signal in one cycle of initial partial discharge signal data(S204). The remote monitoring system calculates the generation frequency of the individual size group of initial partial discharge signal data(S206). The remote monitoring system determines whether the removal target group exists among individual size groups or not(S208). The remote monitoring system detects all occurrence frequencies in the maximum generation frequency group(S212). The remote monitoring system determines the maximum occurrence frequency among all occurrence frequencies(S214). The remote monitoring system determines whether the maximum occurrence frequency is the removal object cycle or not(S216). In case the maximum occurrence frequency is the removal object cycle, the remote monitoring system removes signals corresponding to the removal object cycle of the group(S218). |
