A molding apparatus of a projection on a pipe is provided to facilitate molding a projection by extending and contracting a slider through a slider transport unit moving in a longitudinal direction with a side cylinder. A molding apparatus of a projection on a pipe comprises: a frame fixing parts; a taper hole formed in the inside circumference surface of a spilt body of a collet spindle(3); an inner mold mounted on the external circumferential surface of the spilt body; a main shaft(4) horizontally moving along the collet spindle; a main-cylinder(C1) connected to the main shaft; an outer mold(BM) mounted on a slider having a press unit and a releasing unit; a slider transport unit(6) having a press unit and a return unit; and a slider assembled in one side of the slider transport unit; and a transfer cylinder connected to the other side of the slider transport unit.
