An action plan management sheet and a system thereof are provided to easily verify whether a plurality of action plans achieving a plurality of achievements aims are correctly balanced. A strategy management sheet(1000) is used by a month unit. A strategy fill-up blank(1030) of this period, a subject fill-up blank(1010) of a previous month and an action schedule fill-up blank(1020) of the previous week are arranged in the top. A fill-up blank is arranged by one step every week under the top. A user analyzes causes of a not-accomplished item of an action schedule of a predetermined week about a filled up action schedule in the action schedule fill-up blank of the previous week. Information analyzed in a reconsideration fill-up blank(1050) and a reason fill-up blank(1060) is respectively filled up.
