A fill cap assembly for filling an oil tank 900, the oil tank having a full fill level, the assembly comprises one or more valves 902, 910, the first valve 910 is positioned at least partially above the full fill level for venting air from the oil tank during a fill operation, and a second valve 902 normally biased towards an open position. An oil tank may be provided having a reservoir and a bleed orifice, or may be provided with a buoyant valve such as a buoyant flapper valve. |
