A manufacturing method for water-soluble water-proof paint with excellent elasticity is provided to show excellent water resistance, weather resistance, alkali resistant and durability while securing storage stability and workability. A manufacturing method for water-soluble water-proof paint with excellent elasticity comprises the following steps of: charging a reactor with the 1-5 parts of water and the 0.01-0.05 part of cellulose thickener and stirring the contents of the reactor at 1200-1300 rpm to thicken the contents with the 0.01-0.05 part of ammonium hydroxide; adding the 0.1-0.8 part of propylene glycol, the 0.1-0.5 part of dispersing agent and the 2-8 parts of chrome oxide to the reactor and dispersing the contents with a 3-step roller for 15-25 minutes three to six times; adding the 30-60 parts of acrylic emulsion resin and the 1-3 parts of water; additionally adding the 20-40 parts of calcium carbonate, the 1-5 parts of talc, the 0.5-2 parts of texanol, the 0.1-0.3 part of water repellent, the 0.1-0.5 part of mineral oil and the 0.01-0.1 part of antiseptic while stirring the contents at 800-1000 rpm in order to tone the paint for 25-35 minutes; and controlling viscosity by adding the 0.2-0.8 part of water and the 0.05-0.3 part of the urethane thickening agent. |
