ASSEMBLY STRUCTURE FOR BLOWER UNIT OF MOTOR-HOUSING AND IMPELLER-HOUSING

A structure for assembling an impeller case and a motor housing of a blower unit is provided to prevent air leakage by coupling a horizontal tube of a cooling channel and the motor housing firstly and coupling a vertical tube of the cooling channel and a second trough hole secondly. A motor housing(20) receives a motor. A plurality of fitting protrusions are formed in a circumferential surface of the motor housing. A plurality of fitting protrusions are inserted into an upper part of an impeller case(50). A first through hole is formed in the upper part of the motor housing to cool down the motor. A second through hole is formed in an edge of the upper part of the impeller case. The second through hole bypasses the internal air. The impeller is received in an impeller case. An L-shaped cooling channel(40) is composed of a horizontal tube and a vertical tube. The cooling channel is combined in the motor housing and the impeller case. The cooling channel induces the air through the second through hole and bypasses the air to the first through hole.
