An ion conductive hybrid membrane is provided to ensure excellent mechanical strength and electrochemical durability due to excellent ion conductivity, thin thickness, low ohm resistance and easy humidity control. An ion conductive hybrid membrane comprises fiber of fluoride or partially fluoride-based polymer resin. The ion conductive hybrid membrane comprises a porous mat formed through an electrospinning method and fluoride or partially fluoride-based polymer resin dipped in the porous mat.
