PROCESSING METHOD OF TAGGED INFORMATION AND THE CLIENT-SERVER SYSTEM FOR THE SAME

A method of processing tag information and a client-server system therefor are provided to attach tag information to multimedia contents stored in a local area, thereby removing inconvenience of inputting tag information whenever the multimedia contents is uploaded. A client terminal(100) comprises the following units. A client application module processes contents received from a web server(200) and displays the contents as a part of a webpage. The client application module transmits contents to be uploaded to the web server. A meta data processing module(120) stores tag information in a local storing area in a meta data type. The web server comprises the following units. A server application module transmits contents stored in a server area to the client terminal. The server application module receives the contents to be uploaded and stores the contents in the server area. A data processing module(220) stores the tag information in the server area in the meta data type.
