An automatic speed control running machine, a control module, and a control method are provided, which can solve the problem that exercise feeling is lowered. A control method of the running machine comprises: a current state decision step(S4150) which determines whether it is the acceleration or the speed reduction state or not; a speed/rate of change decision step(S4160) deciding on location change rate of a user, the driving rate including the belt velocity, or the speed corresponding to that; a control sensitivity control stage(S4170) corresponding to the speed/rate of change determination and controlling the control sensitivity; and a control gain control stage(S4210) controlling the final control gain. |
