An exerciser for body treatment is provided, which enables to perform the whole body exercise and local body exercise freely according to the selection of a user. An exerciser for body treatment comprises: a base(100); a supporting board(113) which is pivotally combined with one side of the base to do reciprocation and enables a user to hang the arm; an upper body supporting part(110) in which the handle(114) is equipped; and a lower body supporting part(120) which is pivotally combined with the other side of the base and is equipped with a supporting board(122) which enables a user to hang the leg.
