A communications device and a guiding method for performing a road guidance by using the location information are provided to perform road guide to a specific communication device destination. A mobile terminal(100) includes a wireless communications unit(110), a user input unit(130), a sensing unit(140), an output unit(150), a memory(160), an interface unit, a controller(180) and a power supply unit. The wireless communications unit receives the location information of the communications device. The wireless communications unit receives the location information of the specific communications device registered by the location information providing service. The controller performs the road guidance locating the location of the specific communications device to the destination location. The destination location is changed into the location of the moved specific communications device and the controller performs the road guidance.
