TUBULAR BELT

摘要

A tubular belt is provided to have an antistatic property, superior heterogeneity with paper and superior mechanical texture even though a filler is included. A volume resistance of a tubular belt is in the range of 107~1013 Фcm. An elastic modulus of the tubular belt is in the range of 2.2~4.5 GPa in consideration of mechanical strength and durability. An indium tin mixed oxide(ITO) included in the tubular belt contains indium tin oxide 50~95 weight% and tin oxide 5~50 weight%. The indium tin mixed oxide is powder. The indium tin mixed oxide is dispersed into polyelectrolyte solution. A layer including polyamide group resin and indium tin oxide is formed on one side or both sides.
