Facility contains computing unit, the first sensor of instant loading of feeding assembly, the second sensor of instant loading of swing actuator, the first permission key of maximum allowed loading of drivers mode, transformer rate value of main assembly of mill stand of pipes cold rolling, the second key, the fourth value generator of maximum allowed loading of feeding assembly and swing actuator, connected to each other in a certain manner. ^ EFFECT: productivity improvement ensured by adaptive tuning main drive rate of mill stand per maximum possible value. ^ 1 dwg
