FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: during the process of immediate tube rolling there are uninterruptedly defined currentroot-mean-square values driving load for feeding and turning of tube, they are compared to maximum permissible value of these drivers loading and on the basis of this comparison it is formed task for engine speed of main drive of mill stand so, that, at first mentioned rate of main drive would possess the value, and secondly, current loading of feeding and turning assembly of pipe not exceed maximum permissible values. Facility contains computing unit, the first sensor of instant loading of feeding assembly, the second sensor of instant loading of swing actuator, the first permission key of maximum allowed loading of drivers mode, transformer rate value of main assembly of mill stand of pipes cold rolling, the second key, the fourth value generator of maximum allowed loading of feeding assembly and swing actuator, connected to each other in a certain manner. ^ EFFECT: productivity improvement ensured by adaptive tuning main drive rate of mill stand per maximum possible value. ^ 1 dwg |
