FIELD: mechanics, production processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: sulfur structure stabiliser additive is introduced into impregnation chamber containing sulfur melt, the additive amount making 2 to 5 wt %. Abrasive tool is dipped into the chamber. The tool impregnated, the chamber melt temperature is increased to 180 to 190C and kept up for 20 to 30 min. Now, the tool is withdrawn from the chamber to be quickly cooled at the rate of 30 to 40C/min. ^ EFFECT: higher impregnation quality, lower power consumption and higher efficiency. ^ 1 ex |
