An additional hardware linking system in a femto cell and a method thereof for increasing availability ratio about mass contents are provided to offer high-speed internet service to the additional hardware within home network and increase the wireless internet usage ratio of the user. A femto cell base station(100) sets up home network as a femto cell coverage. The femto cell base station provides the mobile communications service provided through cable internet protocol network from communications common carrier to the set up femto cell coverage. A mobile communications terminal(200) is positioned in the femto cell coverage. The mobile communications terminal is provided the mobile communications service provided from the femto cell base station. An additional hardware(300) operates with the mobile communications terminal. The additional hardware reproduces the mobile communications service delivered from the femto cell base station on a real time.
