A hybrid compressor control method is provided to prevent the hot melting caused by the lack of refrigerant and the mechanical damage by supplying the refrigerant smoothly. A hybrid compressor control method comprises following steps: a step(S14,S16) which drives the electric-powered compression part and performs the preheat operation; a step(S18) which controls the driving strength of the electric-powered compression part and performs the normal driving; a step(S22,S24) which compares an evaporator temperature with target evaporator temperature, and drives the machinery compression part; and a step(S30,S32) which finishes the drive of the mechanical and electric-powered compression part.
