<p>A method for manufacturing a crucible for the crystallization of silicium comprising the steps of · preparing a slurry of solids and liquids, said solids consisting of · silicon metal powder · up to 25% (w/w) SiC powder · up to 10% (w/w) SiN · up to 0,5% (w/w) of a catalyst · up to 1% (w/w) of a binder · forming the slurry into a green body of a crucible · heating the green body in a nitrogen atmosphere, optionally comprising inert gas, to react the silicon at least partially to silicon nitride.</p> |
