PUSH-PULLER DEVICE FOR TRANSFERRING A TOOL USING TO REPAIR DEFECTS OF HEAT EXCHANGE TUBES IN A STEAM GENERATOR

A push-puller device for transferring a tool for repairing defect of a heat pipe of a steam generator is provided to maintain a horizontal state between the device and a tube sheet. A joint(10) has a dove tail(11). The dovetail is combined in a manipulator inside a channel head of the steam generator. A upper fixing plate(20) is horizontally mounted in the front of the joint. The upper fixing plate has a plurality of grippers(21). The plurality of grippers are fixed in the heat pipe. A housing(30) is mounted in the bottom of the upper fixing plate. A cylinder rotating unit(40) is mounted in the bottom of the upper fixing plate. The cylinder rotating unit guides the movement of the defect repairing tool. The upper and lower movement units are mounted in the bottom of the cylinder rotating unit. The upper and lower movement units move the defect repairing tool up and down. A position detecting unit(60) is installed in the upper fixing plate. The position detecting unit detects the position of the horizontal state of the upper fixing plate and the position of the defect repairing tool.
