A copolymer is provided to ensure excellent transparency and mechanical property due to excellent toughness, negative birefringence, and to show excellent adhesive property to materials including metal. A copolymer comprises at least one kind of alkene monomer 0.1-30 mole %, at least one kind of acrylate-based monomer 30-99 mole %, and at least one kind of styrenic monomer 0.1-50 mole %. The glass transition temperature(Tg) is 80~220 °C, the number average molecular weight is 5,000~400,000, and the temperature(Td50) that 50% of initial weight is degraded.
