MULTIPLE PURPOSE ALUMINUM CHIP MELTING FURNACE

A multi-purpose aluminum chip melting is provided to improve productivity and reduce cost and improve melting work environment by improving the yield of being collected from an aluminum chip. A multi-purpose aluminum chip melting furnace(100) is composed of a molten aluminum stirring bath(20) and an aluminum chip mixing bath(40). In the molten aluminum stirring bath, a transfer pipe(25) equipped in the one side of an aluminum melting furnace(10) is mounted and connected and a ceramics mixer(21) which uses a motor(22) as a driving source and is chemically stabilized. In the aluminum chip mixing bath, a molten metal transfer pipe(41) in which the mixed molten metal is returned to the melting furnace is mounted. The molten aluminum stirring bath and the aluminum chip mixing bath are symmetrically divided between molten metal conveying paths.
