<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a baseline DVB-CPCM for enabling mutually operable content distribution with safe in security and a transferring device. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This baseline DVB-CPCM is a unit built in a corresponding CPCM device and constructed of five major modules used for transferring contents between an end-to-end solution and a CPCM device.
