Hair permanent forming method and tool are provided, which obtain the permanent rods of various kinds of sizes and shapes inexpensively and improve the permanent effect. A hair permanent forming method comprises: a step for preparing a rod(1) of cylinder shape for the hair permanent by winding the hair; a step for preparing a thermal plate(4) which is made in the same width as the length of the permanent rod and in which a current source terminal(3) and a hotwire(2) are installed; a step for setting the hair by rolling the hair and the thermal plate on the outside of the permanent rod; and a step for heating and forming the hair wound on the permanent rod by connecting the thermal plate to the power source. |
